How does the process work?

We’ll start with a quick consult to review your goals, medications, and any lab work you may have. From there, I’ll design your personalized formula and collaborate with our trusted lab partner to create it. Each blend is made-to-order, so your first formula usually takes about 4 weeks to arrive.

How customized can it get?

As much as you’d like! We can base it on your current health goals, recent labs, or both. Some patients start from scratch; others build off results from their Medicinlogic Health & Wellness Labs visit. Every ingredient and dose is hand-selected for your needs — even down to the format (capsules or powder) and flavor if preferred.  

Is it safe? How do I know it’s high quality?

Yes — safety is always the first priority. Every formula is compounded by our trusted lab partner in a GMP-certified facility that follows the same manufacturing standards used for professional supplements. Each ingredient is pharmaceutical-grade and third-party tested for purity, potency, and contamination (including heavy metals and microbes).

Are the ingredients truly effective?

Pricing depends on your unique formula and the ingredients included. Most patients find that consolidating multiple supplements into one personalized blend is not only more effective — but often more cost-efficient in the long run. You’ll always receive a clear quote before confirming, so you know exactly what’s included and why.  

How often do I get it, and can I make changes?

Most people receive a 2–3 month supply. You can choose one-time or recurring orders, and I can adjust your formula anytime as your goals, labs, or medications change.

How do I pay?

All major cards are accepted, and many patients can use HSA/FSA funds for their consult or formula. I’ll provide an itemized receipt, if needed for reimbursement.
