What areas do you deliver to?
MediDrop currently serves patients within a 7-mile radius of Newport, KY, including Covington, Bellevue, Dayton, Fort Thomas, Southgate, Wilder, Highland Heights, and Cold Spring. We focus on nearby communities to keep service reliable, affordable, and timely. As MediDrop grows, we plan to expand our service area — so stay tuned for updates!
Do you deliver from any pharmacy?
We currently deliver prescriptions from pharmacies located within our 7-mile Northern Kentucky service area. As MediDrop grows, we plan to expand our coverage area to include additional communities.
Who delivers my prescriptions?
All deliveries are completed by a licensed pharmacist or trained pharmacy technician.
Do I need to be home?
Yes. For safety and security, someone must be present to receive the delivery.
Do you deliver refrigerated medications (cold chain)?
Yes. We can safely deliver refrigerated medications such as insulins, GLP-1 medications, and certain injectables. These are transported with appropriate cooling to protect product integrity.
Do you deliver controlled substances?
No. For safety and regulatory reasons, MediDrop does not deliver controlled substance medications.
How soon will I get my medications?
Most deliveries are available same-day or next-day, depending on request time and pharmacy hours.
How much does it cost?
$9 flat fee per delivery. Optional tips can be added online or given at delivery. Delivery is free for Logic Lounge members.
